What you will do here.
Own day-to-day cold forging line performance, drive tooling readiness and lead process improvements that keep us at a zero-defect standard.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise cold forging operations across multiple lines.
- Optimise tooling setup, cycle time and material yield.
- Investigate process rejections and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance for smooth production flow.
- Maintain accurate production and traceability records.
What we are looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with cold forging or fastener manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and lean manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving and shop-floor leadership skills.
