What you will do here.
Safeguard our 0 PPM quality target by owning inspection plans, gauge control and customer quality communication.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain control plans, PPAP and inspection documentation.
- Run incoming, in-process and final inspection routines.
- Manage calibration schedules and measurement systems analysis.
- Lead root cause analysis and 8D reporting for quality issues.
What we are looking for
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience with fasteners, forging or automotive components.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and optical sorting.
- Knowledge of core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
